Deck Resurfacing

Resurface Deck Boards

Invest in a beautiful new deck surface!

While we can significantly improve the look of even the most worn decks through deck restoration, it is sometimes a better investment to simply resurface the deck. By replacing the top boards of your deck, you get the opportunity to have a fresh start without touching the structure underneath (although we can repair your joists as well if needed!).

We recommend deck resurfacing if you have an old, weathered deck with severe cracking/splitting/rotting in the wood. This typically means your boards are reaching the end of their life cycle. We especially recommend resurfacing if you have solid stain on a severely weathered deck. This is because it is often more cost effective to simply replace the boards, rather than heavy sanding them when they will need to be replaced soon anyway.

Have only a few problematic boards? Individual board replacements will be the best option for you. We will happily inspect your deck and recommend the best number of boards to replace.
